Your booking is confirmed only after payment of advance and is subject to availability. The outfit is reserved for your selected dates only after the advance is received. In case of double booking, the first advance gets priority.
A valid Government ID proof (Aadhaar Card / PAN Card) is mandatory at the time of pick-up for all rental orders. Details will be noted on the bill.
The rental period is from the pick-up date to the return date mentioned on your bill / invoice. Our standard rental period is 3 days. You must return the outfit on or before the due date.
A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of pick-up. It is refunded within 24–48 working hours after the outfit is returned and inspected. Any amount for damage, stains, missing accessories (latkans, tassels, dupatta) or late fees will be deducted from the deposit.
Returning after the due date attracts a penalty of ₹500 per day, deducted from your security deposit. Please return on time — the next customer’s booking depends on it.
Please don’t cut, alter, wash or dry-clean the outfit at home; permanent alterations are not permitted. Minor fitting adjustments are done only by the CVM team at our store before pick-up. Please don’t iron directly on embroidery or sequins.
Any burn, haldi, makeup, perfume, oil, colour, tear or missing accessories will be charged from the security deposit. If the damage is beyond repair, you will have to pay 50–100% of the outfit’s value.
Avoid spraying perfume or deo directly on the outfit. All outfits are dry-clean only. Keep sharp jewellery away, as it can pull threads.
All disputes, if any, are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
